The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed an early check-in at 4am, they handled it with zero hesitation. the location of the hotel was super convenient, with easy access to various shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Although my stay served its purpose, I couldn't help but feel that some expectations were not met for a completely satisfying experience. I would consider other options in the area for my next visit, but the Holiday Inn Charlotte University could be a last resort if needed. If you find yourself in the area, the Red Sky Lounge and Grille provide a fun atmosphere for unwinding after a busy day, offering a nice selection of drinks to enjoy. All in all, the Holiday Inn Charlotte University is a decent choice for a comfortable stay, but there might be better options available nearby for a more fulfilling experience.
